The subversion of Substack (#64)

The Subversion of Substack (#64)

My Operation Mockingbird style Christmas present from the Australian Government and its eSafety Commissioner arrived on Boxing Day 2025. It came in the form of being unable to access my own area of Substack unless I verified my age with my biometrics, which I will not be providing.

This is most disappointing behaviour to see coming from Substack, which claims to be freedom loving. But actions speak much louder than propaganda words and it seems we are being required to accept normalisation of corporate betrayal of trust and breach of social contract. This action was voluntary, arbitrary and unnecessary. It goes much further that what was required to conform with the Australian Government’s under-16 Social Media ban.

Substack was not one of the platforms required to implement over 16 age verification. It has not been a platform for short ‘tweets’, dancing videos or food photos. It has rather been a platform for serious researchers to post longer, considered, evidence-based material. It was not a platform for children. It was one that under 16s were most unlikely to ever visit.

This lays absolutely bare the real purpose of the under-16 social media ban and the cartel style government/ private sector collusion surrounding it. Child safety was quite obviously the convenient, emotion-tugging, Trojan Horse for mandating the Digital ID and Digital enslavement, which many of my posts have addressed. There was absolutely no need for Substack to do this. It therefore became necessary for me to abandon that platform.

This restriction has also affected the Substacks of other PhDs and medical doctors as well as a whole raft of motivated, principled authors seeking, researching and telling truth, as uncompromised pursuit of the scientific method requires. All will have been similarly impeded and cut off from their subscribers and from the view of anyone in Australia refusing to give up their biometrics, unless they themselves unwittingly succumbed or were able to negotiate exemption. This has also cut me off from directly accessing any overseas Substack authors as well.

This Christmas present is the not-so-thin end of the Digital Slavery wedge that encompasses Digital ID, CBDCs, social credit score and the AI and transhumanism scams, along with their financing and supply chains. It indicates that the pandemic, along with subsequent political/ Left/ Right, racial or religious conflict issues have all successfully distracted attention away from the key Digital Slavery issue – that has been in progress for well over a decade, as detailed in my previous posts.

This highlights the sneaky, deceitful, dishonest, monopoly inducing, unethical marketing convention that seems to have been adopted as standard practice by large corporates – offer something for free or low cost to get people hooked in and dependent, with government acquiescence or complicity, before imposing artificial restrictions, coercing users into socially engineered ideological compliance and/ or engaging in price gouging. All of these practices constitute abuse of (market) power and break whatever implied social contract there might have been. None provide any semblance of duty of care. This is what happens when the private sector exerts undue influence over regulations and regulators. This is the underbelly of the PPP model so heavily promoted by the WEF.

Substack is now fully complicit in the Australian Government’s push to squash free speech. It is not legal to require biometrics, as you may have read in my previous Post #63. But the Government is pressing on regardless of how many of its own laws and international conventions it is breaking – 22 of which were listed in my Post #55, Notice of Criminal Liability, sent to the country’s Federal and State politicians. The sheltering of this illegal activity is a disgrace, as well as absolute hypocrisy, about which the government seems totally shameless. It seems to lack any concern for its own (now virtually complete) subversion of democracy – albeit ably supported by various other major parties, all meekly submitting to globalist totalitarianism.

I encourage you all to not give up your biometrics to access my previous Substack posts or anyone else’s. It seems you will likely be asked for that if you are using any address identifiable as being in Australia. You may still be able to gain unchallenged access if you are doing so from outside Australia or via VPN. Of course, you can now access all my previous posts from this independent website which I have now set up using open-source software at https://governancewithoutcoercion.net   .
