Governance without Coercion (GwC)

A transformational challenge for our consciousness

Welcome to my new site. I moved here from Substack because I wasn’t comfortable giving them my biometric data (facial scan) just to manage my own writing. I’ve brought all my previous posts with me, so you won’t miss a thing. The numbering just continues on.

What I write about: I use my background and experience in civil and systems engineering, along with the insights of experience colleagues, to pull apart how local and global systems actually work. I look at governance, politics, and power through a practical lens. I also share insights from whistleblowers, survivors and experts who aren’t afraid to tell the truth.

My Approach: I’m a sceptic. While I accept that religion and ideology give people hope, inspiration, guidance and comfort, I’m wary of how those systems can also be used to manipulate and control people. I value hard data and evidence over ‘groupthink’. I also look at the world through a ‘risk-management’ lens, sometimes prioritizing survival and/or reaching conclusions that challenge mainstream narratives.
