· coercion is any of force, duress, detention, psychological oppression, abuse of power or taking advantage of a person’s vulnerability. (Section 270.1A). Example: Compulsory biometric scanning at airports – trapping you when you are travelling and vulnerable, coercing and deceiving you into adhesion contracting yourself into Digital Slavery as soon as you travel overseas.

· slavery‑like offences are servitude, forced labour, deceptive recruiting for labour or services, forced marriage or debt bondage. (Section 270.1). Example: Stealing and using your IP and labour to train AI, then making you redundant.

· slavery is the condition of a person over whom any or all the powers attaching to the right of ownership are exercised, including where such a condition results from a debt or contract made by the person. (Section 270.1). Example: Big Pharma companies owning you after they’ve illegally modified your DNA with products governments have allowed them to patent. Some US States have passed legislation, so C-19 jabbed people still have human rights. You can’t patent nature, but if you modify it, you can!

· A terrorist act means an action or threat to advance a political, religious or ideological cause by intimidating the public or a section of the public. (Section 100.1). Example: Introducing programmable obedience via Carbon or Social Credit Score or digital money, so people can be excluded, defunded and publicly named and shamed, as is currently occurring in China. This is the slippery slope to totalitarianism, whether Communist, Fascist, Nazi or any other dictatorial label. It is generating terror.

The remedy is very simple: These and other offences must be prosecuted. My Post #55 Appendix gives a long list of existing Laws, Treaties and Conventions currently being broken and/ or disregarded.

So, why are politicians and regulators not yet prosecuting these crimes? Why have people not yet recognised what’s happening and demanded action?

Answering these questions requires understanding the surrounding context – how corporate capture of government occurs, how that leads to subversion and capture of people’s minds, and what the bigger picture around that is. This requires evidence and informed reasoning. It also requires recognition of the risk management need for taking quick action on rumour or suspicion, as the military, intelligence and insurance communities routinely do, to ensure their survival.

Government Capture

John D Rockefeller told us that no great wealth could be amassed without securing monopoly, which requires capturing government (See Anthony C Sutton, 1975, p. 272). How better to capture government than to get elected or even lead it? Then, as well as capturing public money for private sector contracts (as was done for C-19), you can also arrogate the government’s monopoly on compulsion – via legislation/ regulation/ police/ military as well as PPPs! Political ‘facilitation’ rewards can be easily disguised in many ways, including deals, indirect ‘insider trading’, campaign donations and high paying work on leaving office. As more recognise this possibility and get into politics to do this as a career move, this insidious type of corruption will increase, white anting any democracy that doesn’t have the safeguard of an overriding ‘direct democracy’ process providing frequent opportunity for the people to override their parliament (See Paul Terry from 1:15:45 on at

). This can spread like a cancer or parasitic disease, becoming further ‘normalised’ through the misleading Trojan Horse reassurance words of “government and private sector working together to solve the problems of the world”. More politicians can then look after themselves and their long-term career prospects if it has become the norm and ‘everybody else’ around them is also doing it. So all can become obliged to submit to this for-profit capture, and/ or to whatever other agenda may have seized control of it, rather than pursuing benefit for the people. This easily transcends party boundaries. Any conflict on less consequential philosophical issues or on matters of principle is then ‘good’, because it distracts attention away from what real power is doing behind the scenes. The public purse can then be plundered handsomely, especially if ethical operators and experienced regulators who know the game can be sidelined.

Capturing people’s minds

Government capture then facilitates turning otherwise independent thinkers into ‘controlled opposition’, or what Lenin labelled as ‘useful idiots’, because of peoples’ trust in the authority of government. This is done by very simple means in both government and private sectors – through employment, career progression, compartmentalisation and our morals/ beliefs when we want to act ethically, ‘make a difference’ and ‘do good’. We mind our own business, stick to our own lanes where we know (or can learn) what we’re doing, and we don’t interfere with others doing the same. This means we readily trust colleagues and authority, and we are therefore easily kept out of knowing the bigger picture, let alone challenging others on it. This is good for us in supporting our families and in our career progression. We can then willingly latch onto whatever Trojan Horse justification is offered for whatever it is we are asked to do. We trust that the system safeguards are working, as it would be too incredible to even think that they might not be – after all, it’s the government, which is there to look after us! So most won’t realise the ease, scale or the deliberate focused intent that goes into its capture! Furthermore, we have been heavily propagandised for decades about how much more efficient the private sector is, overlooking any considerations of effectiveness and/ or appropriateness of privatisation for community benefit, or the stripping of revenue earning natural monopoly resources away from governments, resulting in both higher prices and higher taxes.

Highly educated, intelligent and well-intentioned people can be corralled in this way and even turned around against their own fundamental principles. They will think “there must be some higher purpose I don’t understand yet” or “others I trust, who know what they are doing, are paid to make those decisions, so I’ll just do what they say, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense. Correct things can be counter-intuitive when you don’t know the field”. The flaw in that productivity-enhancing reasoning is that it presumes honourable behaviour from everyone. It fails to accommodate someone up the line acting with un-principled self-interest or psychopathic intent! Smart, well-intentioned people are then so easy to fool, simply because they are so sure they can’t be, and because the contrarian possibility of such betrayal seems too incredible to believe! They will then keep going in that direction, as it’s much easier to fool a man than to convince him he’s been fooled, let alone betrayed! Desmet’s Mass Formation Psychosis then occurs, keeping groupthink and ‘big lies’ going, as Hitler described in Mein Kampf! Commercial media reporting is then easily controlled by threatening careers and advertising revenue. Public broadcasters are neutered through subversion and ideological capture, using the process outlined in the previous paragraph.

The end result is that a population can then be kept in complete ignorance while remaining under the delusion of being ‘democratic’, enjoying ‘open debate’ and ‘free speech’ and engaging in ‘independent thought’. This is psychologically brilliant and devastatingly effective! It leads us into subverting the very thing we were intending to support. It’s hamartia – the hero’s fatal, tragic flaw of the ancient Greek philosophers!

Recognising Subversion

A common way of subverting is via Trojan Horses. We need to learn to recognise these, like we had to learn to recognise the self-interest in a used-car salesman’s spiel, or to not click on odd-looking links to guard against computer viruses. Rockefeller and Gates successfully used the Trojan Horse of philanthropy to rehabilitate their image following bad publicity from prior dubious practices. Musk has used freedom of speech as his philanthropy. He also uses medical advancement – which hides insertion of devices in people’s brains that can only lead to surveillance and control of people’s minds and bodies (Why would these now be OK for human trials despite so many test monkeys having died? Is ‘progress’ and private profit at any cost what we really want?) He’s a military contractor, providing weapons and systems to various sides of various conflicts, as do others! Yet we willingly believe the ‘do good’ assertions that align with our values and we ignore whatever else might be behind them?

If you search on YouTube for Dr James Giordano’s 2018 lecture The brain is the battlefield of the future, you will find

where he brags about how he can read and steal people’s minds without being detected and without them knowing. So it won’t matter what ideology, or cultural group dominates whoever by whatever form of invasion, whether by immigration or mass ideological mind control. Once the necessary chaos has been generated to bring about compliance, any fanatic can be made compliant by invisible electronic stimulation of their VMAT 2, or so called ‘god’ gene, allowing any intention or ideology to be betrayed. Incredibly, the officer introducing him tells us that Giordano was advising the then US Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary and was publishing papers in the fields of neuroscience and neuro ethics! If this technology is already widespread in the military and its use is undetectable, then the risk of it being used inappropriately against civilian populations is obviously very high. We are relying on hope that no-one in there goes rogue! We’re also reliant upon there being no psychopathic direction from anyone in or above the military chain of command! That’s not very smart risk management. ‘Trust me’ is not generally recognised as a good governance strategy. This is our minds and our lives we are talking about here! We must learn to recognise Trojan Horses. They serve a gaslighting/ betrayal function. They work best on those who trust their purveyor the most. The ability to betray serves totalitarian leadership well.

Another major Trojan Horse is the (Democrat v Republican) woke versus common sense distraction. That’s diverting attention away from the horrors made possible by digitisation and data mining. That gains monopoly for all things digital, forcing removal of analogue, paving the way for the Digital Slavery, as detailed in my recent Substack Posts. The woke debate distraction diverted attention nicely away from Musk ‘acquiring’ (stealing?) all US Government data under cover of DOGE! The bigger picture

This is so unconscionable that it is perhaps most appropriately dealt with in poetic form, as is done in https://t.me/c/2104169842/6692 , which is summarised in less poetic terms as follows:

We have traded conscience for convenience. Peace is not profitable, and greed needs an enemy to justify its hunger. Our mind is our only engine, so the greatest weapon is making us forget. And that empathy makes us the enemy of a war economy. A soul that remembers cannot be ruled.

Compare that with the chillingly psychopathic statement of disingenuous pandemic injection compulsion “No one is safe until everyone is safe”. These overarching agendas are being openly progressed under cover of many Trojan Horse distractions so that few will realise or believe what’s really going on.

Synthesis

Digital technology is inherently insecure, editable, risky and too dangerous to customers for government to allow it to gain a monopoly. Those controlling it can very easily arrogate it for major, high-level fraud, as well as for totalitarian control purposes, whether Communist, Fascist, Nazi or Dictatorial. So:

1. Coercing people into Digital ID is coercion.

2. Demanding biometrics is terrorism. It’s as invasive as asking people to take all their clothes off to go through security checkpoints would be. It’s personal, unchangeable information that is nobody else’s business to know without that person’s fully informed, uncoerced consent.

3. Digital is wholly unsuitable for use as a monopoly for either money or identity.

4. Analogue systems must be preserved for both money and identity.

5. The system controllers seem to want it that monopoly so badly that withdrawing our attention to and use of their systems must have considerable power.

With recognition of what has been happening, necessary action that has previously been inhibited can then follow.

Initial instances of out-of-control criminality and necessary action

There are many. Here are five:

1. Starting October 12, 2025, travelers entering the EU will undergo biometric checks, including fingerprint scans and facial recognition, as part of the new Entry/Exit System (EES). Finland seems to have been the first to implement this, with major disruption being reported there for people refusing it. This denies the safe passage required by Australian and other Commonwealth Country Passports. It holds travellers hostage when no crime has been committed. It coerces them into giving up control of their own unique biometric data. It contributes to locking the Digital Slavery framework into place world-wide for so that complete control can be exercised over everyone regardless of country of origin. Digital Slaves can be digitally locked out of getting any food at all, to ensure compliance. Compulsory submission of biometrics enables people to be tracked, traced and terrorised. Digitisation of biometrics aids and abets high level coercion and fraud. This constitutes cyber terrorism and cannot be allowed to be perpetrated on Australians – or anyone else. The Foreign Minister must impose sanctions and trade restrictions on European countries – and on any other country attempting the same illegal and unconscionable action.

2. But biometric identification has even snuck into our own international Airports without any effective public consultation! So the Australian Government is currently allowing and/ or doing this to Australians as well! We must first clean out our own criminality! These devices must be removed from all our international airports and the criminal action of allowing/ installing them must be prosecuted – individually, corporately and governmentally. Furthermore, any plans to introduce biometric identification into our domestic airports must immediately cease.

3. Another example is Vietnam closing bank accounts of Australian ex-pats as well as its own citizens. Our diggers fought and died there and many still have strong connections with that country. Again, the Foreign Minister must impose sanctions and trade restrictions against Vietnam until it stops violating the normal rights and free passage of Australian nationals, as detailed in Post #55.

4. The Australian Government Treasury report on developing the ‘Digital Asset Industry’ declares it is proceeding (without consulting the people) with establishing a ‘digital regime’. A regime?? The RBA’s Project Acacia is progressing this along with the major banks. Incredibly, ASIC is offering ‘regulatory relief’ for tokenised asset settlement! This terrorism and its contribution to digital monopoly must be stopped and all involved prosecuted.

5. Our driver’s licencing is heading in the same direction! Willow Tohi reported recently in Natural News that:

Australia is set to activate its long-delayed National Driver Licence Facial Recognition Solution (NDLFRS) by the end of 2025—despite Parliament still reviewing crucial privacy legislation. The system, first proposed eight years ago, will link driver’s licenses and passports into a centralized biometric database, enabling real-time identity verification for government and, eventually, private entities.

The NDLFRS was born in 2017 under then-Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, who dismissed concerns as “not mass surveillance” but a “modern way” to access existing data. Yet the program stalled when the Coalition failed to pass the Identity-Matching Services Bill 2019. Now, under Labor’s scaled-back Identity Verification Services Act 2023, the system is moving forward—but with glaring gaps in oversight.

The government insists the system will combat identity theft [Author comment – Classic Trojan Horse – digital causes the problem!] – a crime affecting one in three Australians—but sceptics note that the same agencies pushing the program have a dismal track record on data security.

The NDLFRS will be hosted by the Department of Home Affairs, with states retaining nominal control over their data. Yet the Attorney-General’s Department admits key governance frameworks—including manual biometric oversight and alternative verification options—remain unfinished.

Fujitsu, the embattled tech firm behind the UK’s disastrous Post Office Horizon scandal, holds the $50M contract to operate the system until 2026.

The NDLFRS must be immediately ceased and prosecutions commenced.

There are many more than the above five that are detailed in the Notice of Criminal Liability in Post #55. There is plenty there for any suitably motivated politician and/ or lawyer to address.

What can be done individually?

1. Decline any requests for biometrics. (These requests are disguised adhesion contracts that once you accept, you have inadvertently agreed and that commitment will be legally regarded as irrevocable!) (Note that legal is not the same as lawful.)

2. Decline the chip in the hand or quantum dot or any other biologically unnecessary implants. These will hook your body up to something that will enable somebody else to control your mind (like Dr James Giordarno mentioned above or his students in the US Military/ DARPA/ CIA) – You don’t want chips for brains!

3. Identify and call out Trojan Horses. Unsolicited offers, enticements (bribes) and threats of compulsion are good indicators. “It’s for your safety” is another major one, along with “It’s for your security”. (Digital data will be kept ‘securely’ somewhere that you will have no control over and it will have the capability of later use to illegally coerce or force compliance.) Convenience is another common one.

4. Keep our landlines – they are analogue.

5. Keep using cash and cheques.

What can be done collectively?

1. A Notice of Criminal Liability has been sent to all MPs and Senators and to most State representatives. It pointed out the many crimes being perpetrated against the people that governments must stop. Having been so advised, they cannot escape personal complicity in these crimes if they do not act to prevent and prosecute them. Their willingness to prosecute these crimes will be much enhanced if you actively contact them, insisting they do so. Any of the coercion and terrorism offences innate to any of the five examples above can be mentioned, to help them avoid personal criminal liability. If they have avoided looking at it, they’ll have to get their staff to actually show it to them. It can’t be too hard to find. How many Notices of Criminal Liability would they be receiving? They’re not allowed to delete emails. They will be able to find it.

Conclusion

Our freedom is under even more serious threat now than it was when our ANZACs went to war to defend it on the other side of the world over 100 years ago. Let’s honour their legacy by allowing them to stop turning in their graves in disbelief at what we have allowed our politicians to allow!

It doesn’t take much time to call your representatives to let them know you know about this and ask what they are doing about it. It’s not a party-political issue. It doesn’t affect who governs. It’s simply a matter of them preventing monopoly and guarding the population against the totalitarian control risk that ‘digital everything’ poses. It’s just ensuring good governance and good risk management. It’s only ensuring the population isn’t terrorised.

There’s also plenty of time to get organised for digital withholding before 11/11.
